This seems to suit most hirers.
This is so that we can review the camper van, clean, restock and prepare for the next hirer. This is especially the case for shorter hires.
Some hirers prefer a little flexibility so we offer some options.
Price
Flex the Collect or Return time by 1 hour FREE!
Flex by 3 hours for £20
Flex by 6 hours for £50
This is of course subject to availability.
There is already a built in “up to £100 late return fee” meant to deter hirers from inconveniencing the next hirer taking the campervan out.

Insurance Excess Reduction
Reduce your insurance excess payment in case of a claim.
Description
The self-drive insurance policy has a £1,000 excess charge that is applied in the case of an claim.
Camper Charter will charge a £1,000 deposit on a credit or debit card. This is usually as a pre-authorisation where possible.
Pre-authorisation is only available with a physical credit/debit card and PIN on the day of collection.
If pre-authorisation is not possible the full £1,000 will be taken on a credit or debit card. This will be refunded on the day of return if there is no insurance claim.
It is possible to reduce the excess by paying a small daily fee:

Excess £1,000 = £0 per day
Excess reduced to £500 = £8 per day
Excess reduced to £250 = £11 per day

Description
Fusion board with a length of 10’ 10” will have you paddling along in no time. Very easy to use, this entry/intermediate board will support any adults from 18+ (NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN)
